ITALIANO

Quanto desideri spostarti a piedi?

ENGLISH

The Italian Riviera offers different ways of enjoying life by the sea. Before falling in love with a property, consider which setting best suits your habits: a central location, a quiet retreat or a hillside home with open views.

Location is a lifestyle decision

Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino and Rapallo evoke a distinctive area, yet each individual location deserves its own assessment. Nearby properties can provide very different experiences in terms of access, orientation, noise and their relationship with the landscape.

During a viewing, picture an ordinary day: going out for coffee, welcoming guests, reaching the waterfront and returning with groceries. A beautiful setting becomes meaningful when it fits your daily rhythm.

Beyond the sea view

A terrace overlooking the sea should also be assessed for sunlight, wind and privacy. A garden brings maintenance requirements alongside its appeal. If you plan to use the home seasonally, arrangements during your absence and access to local maintenance services also matter.

Questions to take to viewings

How much would you like to do on foot? What level of privacy do you need? How much guest accommodation would you prefer? Are you looking for a home ready to enjoy or a property to personalise? Answering these questions before viewing helps focus the search.

A considered search

As a property finder, I help turn your preferences into a thoughtful selection. My role is to help you understand the location and the home, while keeping your taste and priorities at the centre.

If you are considering the Italian Riviera, we can begin with how you want to live. That will guide the search.
